Description

The whole building is covered in graffiti. It needs to be cleaned up! The more it stays unremoved, the more people are adding on to it! It’s a famous milk bottle building and the City is allowing it look like trash. While the houses next door were getting citations to fix up peeling paint! How is this not being addressed?
