Description

There is a large tree with extensive ivy coverage in the alley between Cliff and Woodrow. The ivy regularly grows into the alley and blocks visibility. More concerningly, the tree is listing sideways after the most recent storm and has electric lines connecting to two homes running through the tree/ivy. Seems like some maintenance/trimming would help prevent future significant damage if it falls during a storm.
