Description

Address provided is for citizen's home, but the trees with the extending limbs and branches are on the one way street Haig Ave right by his house. Citizen is worried limbs will fall and damage cars and are extending into the public right of way. Citizen has handicapped parking on Haig Ave, is worried that the limbs may also obscure handicapped parking info.
