Description
Citizen calling in lives at 5424 Forest Hill Ave, 23225. His neighbor at 5414 Forest Hill Ave., James "Scott" Shady, has a magnolia tree that dumps leaves into this citizen's yard as well as onto the sidewalk, and Mr. Shady will often rake them further into the sidewalk or into the road. A dispute has happened where this citizen has tried pushing leaves back onto Mr. Shady's property and Mr. Shady has gotten aggressive about it. Advised about reaching out to Police Non-Emergency as well.
