Description
This is one of the worst intersections in the downtown area for both pedestrians and drivers. Numerous potholes for cars likely caused by poor drainage after heavy rains. Speaking of rain, you will get splashed with water by speeding cars turning right from Byrd Street onto the 9th Street bridge. Overall a poorly engineered and designed intersection, especially in the winter when all the standing water freezes and that problem has just been getting solved by dumping a pile of sand on the road.
