Description
We've been using a can that was at the house when we moved here; however, this is the third week that the trash in it hasn't been picked up. It's been being picked up for the past year. The only thing I can think of is that it is not a city of richmond can, it's a CVWMA can. We need to get the trash out of it, because now three weeks old, it stinks.
