Description
The left turn arrows from Stony Point Rd onto Huguenot do not turn on for up to 5-6 cycles, especially during morning and evening rush hour. This has caused major backups onto Huguenot, Forest Hill, and Stony Point Roads. The problem is intermittent but has been occuring for at least a month.
