Description
My neighbor and I have noticed that this tree(s) that sits across from 2314 Burton St in an alley has significantly started to lean and its branches appear to have sagged to the point where when wind blows, they are resting on the power line. I am not sure if it is this tree and another tree from someone's backyard but it definitely needs to be trimmed up so that branches aren't touching power lines and causing an outage in our neighborhood.
