Description
The light timing on this intersection is not optimized - very poor flow. Turning onto hermitage from Bellevue in either direction only lets 1-2 cars through if there is traffic in both directions turning onto hermitage from Bellevue. PLEASE investigate. The light for hermitage stays green forever while the light for turning onto hermitage from Bellevue stays green for maybe 6 seconds.
