Description
VDOT installed a Route 1784 sign at the intersection of westbound Huguenot Road and Scarsborough Drive. However, the arrow on the sign is pointing the wrong way - it's pointing northbound on Scarsborough heading into the city, and that part of Scarsborough isn't part of Route 1784. I contacted VDOT and they said that because the sign is in the city (the city limit is in the median of Huguenot), the city has to fix it. Can DPW rotate the sign so the arrow is pointing in the opposite direction?
