Description
VDOT installed a rectangular Route 1850 sign at the intersection of westbound Huguenot Road and Westgate Drive. However, they installed it so the arrow on the sign is pointing the wrong direction - it's pointing northbound on Westgate heading into the city, and that part of Westgate is not part of Route 1850. The problem is, I contacted VDOT and they said that because the sign is in the city, the city has to fix it. Can DPW rotate the sign so the arrow is pointing in the opposite direction?
