Description

Sidewalk is severely cracked and uneven from tree damage. City has removed tree and stump but left pile of stump debris that needs removal. Sidewalk is a significant tripping risk and pedestrians have fallen on multiple occasions. Water meter cover is also destroyed by the stump removal team and needs to be replaced.
