Description
The four-way stop is frequently ignored southbound on W46th. There is limited visibility due to a retaining wall on the northeast corner of the intersection, with potential for a catastrophic collision if speeding drivers westbound on Reedy & southbound on W 46th both decide to blow the stop sign. Traffic has significantly increased with the construction vehicles & will not lessen once the apartments are occupied. Speed humps SB on 46th/WB on Reedy would provide a physical reminder to slow down.
