- Staff · May 5, 2025DPW must perform engineering studies in accordance with the Federal Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) before installing an all-way stop. The intersection of Bainbridge St and 14th St does not meet the traffic requirements for an all-way stop. No parking zones are on both sides of Bainbridge St at 14th St eastbound (i.e., a No Parking sign on the north side and a fire hydrant (no parking by law) on the south side). These measures enhance the intersection sight distance. No changes in traffic controls are currently planned.
