Description
PLEASE make the crosswalk by the traffic circle more visible. I was almost hit by a driver going 40+ mph when I was already halfway across the street IN THE CROSSWALK. People go so fast on Jefferson and ignore every traffic circle and cross walk sign. Someone is going to get killed
