Description
Tree is very obviously dead. It appears as though the tree may have been hit by lightning as it is all split. The tree now posses as a danger/threat to falling on my front porch and house OR if it falls the other direction, it may hit thr VCU Day Care building and or the children playing outside thr facility. If the City cannot or will not remove this existing safety hazard immediately, let me know and I will drop the tree this weekend.
