Description

This tree is in front of 3306 Kensington Ave. Half of the tree is dead and drops large limbs at times. No one wants to park under it for fear of damage to their car. In the event a car is damaged or a person is injured due to falling limbs, I will be advising the victims to sue the city. This is the 2nd ticket I have entered for this tree.
