Description

This is not a concrete sidewalk repair. It is a broken utility cover in the sidewalk. Maybe it's hard plastic? Anyone could break an ankle if you fell into it. To find it: go to 2900 W Broad Bingo Beer, then walk 200 feet west on the sidewalk. It's a green cover in the sidewalk.
