Description
Caller states there was a water leak in the back of her nieghbor's address and the hole was repaired caller states a large amount/pike of rocks was placed in front of her back driveway on a slight incline and caller states it his hard for her drive out the backway. Caller is requesting for someone to come back out smoothed so or pushed away from ther back driveway to pull out of her back driveway; caller states it is also verey hard to pull out her trashcan because of the rocks.

Caller states the rocks are very thick and large an her tires are grinding into the rocks when to try to pulling out or in of her driveway - please spread out even for easy acess
