    The 85th percentile speed, the speed that 85 percent of drivers travel at or below, is one of the best indicators of a reasonable and safe speed. The 85th percentile speed sample on Idlewood Ave between Meadow St and Allen Ave measured 22mph. The average speed between these two intersections measured 17mph. Speed tables are not planned.
