Three willow oaks in a row on the left side of the 300 block of W Marshall st - all have multiple very large dead and/or broken limbs hanging above parked vehicles and the sidewalk. These limbs are large enough to cause damage to vehicles and seriously injure pedestrians when they fall. Overall, trees appear healthy but require urgent pruning of these dead/decaying branches.
