Description

The protected left turn lane from westbound Robinhood to southbound Boulevard needs to be a double left turn lane. The left lane is way too short and fills up so much that it spills over into the straight lane. Convert the straight lane into a left-straight combination lane which is possible because Boulevard south has two lanes that can be turned into. At certain times it can take 3 or 4 light cycles to finally make a left.
