There is a bunch of what looks like electrical wire partially in the public alley next to this house. Left by some utility company. I wasn't sure where to report this

    An inspector has visited the location and confirmed the hanging wires; staff are researching and contacting the various entities (Comcast; Verizon; etc.) who may have facilities on the pole; upon determining the owner of the hanging wires, they will be requested to correct the issue asap.
