Description

1206 N. 21st removed a tree in 2024 and discarded the trunks and limbs on someone else's private property, causing the owner to have to low around them. Owner and city contacted, but nothing done. One heavy stump broke the fence of 1201 N. 20th and is still by it, too heavy to move by hand.
