Description
Stated that someone went to the hospital due to the condidtion of the sidewalk. Stated that there is a 8inch gap in the side walk just filled with gravewl from a previous issue where it has to be dug up. The sidewalk still has not been fully repaired

Multiple requests associated with the same block of sidewalk and/or duplicate requests severely slow down the response and repair to damaged locations. Thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding of the request and resolution processes associated with sidewalks. This Location will be closed due to it being a duplicate.
