Description
Since there is no pedestrian crosswalk button, the pedestrian signal will not give the “walk” light to cross 30th st until after a car is stationary at the 30th red light. Only then will the “walk” symbol flash for a few seconds. Otherwise peds. are given the “red hand” to not cross. This shouldn’t be the case, as drivers turning right or left from FHA to 30th should yield to peds. crossing 30th, and there is no way for a ped. to signal that they are crossing. Only to signal across FHA.
