Description
Caller states there's a huge problem of her neighbor dumping their trash across the alley at her address. Every month now trash is being placed in the alleyway at her address across the street coming from this address. The heavy bags of trash are sometimes burst open from animals etc. and is full of woman's personal hygiene items etc that she is left to clean up....because the alleyway connected to her home. In the bags is mail from the neighbor's address 623 Hazelhurst Ave. so it is their trash...Caller wants them spoken to about this because it must stop. The reporters address is 620 Hazelhurst which is across the street.
