Description

This tree may be starting to become diseased. The number of dead limbs seems to he increasing. Tree # 91307 & #91308 Tree # 91309 & 91310 (in front of 4202 Park)

    Address originally pinned incorrectly via mobile app has been updated so that all requests related to this concern will reflect the accurate address. However, the assessment already conducted by DPW / UF was originally done for 4201 Park Ave. as that was the address originally in this request. Per an additional ticket that was annotated directly by the DPU team, assessments are to be conducted asap at the correct location and additional information provided based on that assessment.
