Description
City Tree branches and large limbs are covering an entire half of our front yard. Limbs fall and are dangerous! We are senior citizens. Grass no longer grows because the huge limbs block the sun. This is very disturbing, dangerous and unsightly. Tree limbs need to be trimbed.
