Description
There was scheduled tree service on 4/23 through the alley. I assume the service has concluded, but the dead tree behind my property is STILL THERE, to which the temporary no-parking sign remains fixed. Plus, the other temporary no-parking signs that had lined my side of the alley have all been left behind my yard beneath same tree. Please let me know how this can be remedied. The dead tree limbs hang over garbage cans, where people walk. Thank you!
