Description

Last ticket stated nothing found. Neighbors are trying to load the cans but city should address the situation. Rodents are finding this an easy dining spot. On Shields close to Main - the cans that are never put away - as they stated ‘the city never fines them, so they are fine staying on the sidewalk’
