Description

in the afternoons. the intersection of 2nd street and browns island way is awful as traffic on 2nd backs up due to the bike lane. from browns island way, you can’t see traffic coming down 2nd due to illegal parking. this situation will only get worse when the amphitheater and the new costar parking deck are completed.
