Description
A multi family unit at 1300 Grove Ave has only one super can. When the super can is full the tenants then throw the litter on the ground. Trash bags accumulate usually begins sunday evebing and trash bags continue to be littering the ground Monday, Tuesday and through Wednesday morning (our trash pick up day). This is a sanitary issue because trash bags on the ground are ripped open by squirrels rodents and birds, which then litter, the alleyway and the street. I have tried communication with the landlord, but the property owner/landlord is unresponsive to my request for acquiring more super cans to accommodate each rental unit in their building.
