Description
Sapling needs lower branches trimmed. They are numerous and very long. On the street side, it creates a hazard for anyone trying to exit a car safely, or to access the car's trunk. I have been poked in the eye, myself, once or twice. It also reaches over the sidewalk, making passage difficult.
