Description
Leigh Street is a racetrack. Every intersection from N 35th to N 29th has frequent accidents due to speeding, obscured views, and lack of 4-way stop signs.

None of the intersections between 29th St and Chimborazo Blvd (30th St, 31st St, 32nd St 33rd St and Chimborazo Blvd) meet the MUTCD traffic requirements for an all-way stop. The existing all-way stop at 29th St was installed via City Council Ordinance No. 2006-009.
