Description

Unpainted red brick house covered with thick white and black spray painted graffiti about 5 feet high down the length of the side of the building. This is the corner house at Birch St. and Park Ave. Graffiti can be seen by all cars and pedestrians traveling east on Park. This is a constant problem for this property.
