Description
A parking sign was recently placed on the south side of Stuart (near its intersection with Tilden) that restricts parking from 7 am to 4 pm on school days. I've never seen this sign here before last month and there is no school in the immediate vicinity. I am concerned that the sign is not authorized by the city.
