Description

The maintenance of this strip of land and chain link fence were turned over to the city when the Chippenham Parham Rd Connector was complete. I live at the corner of N Huguenot and Rubimont Road. This strip of land has been neglected since the water line project was completed. Please clean it - it looks awful.
