Description
This morning around 11 AM I witnessed a speeding car on Westminster at Seminary. This is not the first time I have witnessed this behavior. The speed humps on Westbrook are effective slowing vehicles on Westbrook, yet speeders continue to use Westminster as their fastest route between Brook and Chamberlayne. This is a walkable neighborhood where young and old take advantage of the walkability.We do not want to see someone injured or worse due to speeding motor vehicles.
