Description
Is Bliley Road a part of the city's "Complete Street's" program to receive sidewalks? It is a major through way to Forest Hill as you know. There is an apartment complex off of Bliley with children who could benefit from sidewalks. It's quite dangerous for anyone to walk the road. This is an ongoing concern that I would hope to finally be addressed. https://www.wric.com/news/residents-push-for-improvements-on-dangerous-road-in-forest-hill-area-this-should-be-a-priority/
