Description
Tree is growing INTO THE POWER LINE AND PUSHING THE CABLES TOGETHER. The alleyway behind the 500 block of W 19th St at the corner of Semmes & Cowardin has continued to accumulate brush, debris, and litter from unlawful dumping. I have tried to clear some of the area, but due to the SIGNIFICANT amount of poison ivy, it has become a risk factor & I cannot continue.
