Description
Last week a city crew graded and compacted material prior to putting down new gravel; but they completely buried the storm drain. A resident pointed this out so the crew came back the next day with a metal detector to locate the drain. They dug it out, but did not re-grade the alley with the proper slope (or any slope) and also left a large section of the alley with no gravel. Rain and traffic have already caused compacted material to begin to cover the drain.
