Description
The alley is in terrible shape. Why not get the company who has blocked access to the alley for at least 6 weeks and are building a giant apartment building , thus using the alley for their trucks - to repave the alley when they are done with their project. I would think the wear and tear this company is doing to the alley would make them feel compelled to pave the alley when they pave their areas. Someone should reach out to the contact soon.
