Description
The pedestrian crosswalk sign to cross 9th st at Broad St, on the south side of Broad St, does not function appropriately. It is red and does not let you cross despite 9th st traffic having a red light. Since 9th st is one way northbound, there is no risk for pedestrians crossing the south side of 9th and Broad while 9th st traffic is stopped.
