Description
One was done last year, speeding is still out of control, and with the current construction, turning out of Ownby, The Westbrook, is next to impossible to do without hoping you don’t get hit, it does not help that parking is not enforced so cars are almost always all the way to the intersection so seeing cars on Overbrook is a struggle not to mention the elementary school, and SCOR Recreational area
