Description
Several bags and loose trash pollute the alley overflowing a garbage can of which is located in front of an entrance to a business, supplied by the neighboring apartment complex whe neglects it. Area is posted with a “no dumping, violators will be prosecuted. Monitored by CCTV” sign. Attempts to resolve the issue with the building owner have been made but not resolved. The litter is also a liability, as it is located on top of, and around wiring.
