There are continuously people flying down this road. There are children in this neighborhood and I feel it is not safe for them and other residents.

    The average speed samples on Wellington St / Pelham Dr between Fourqurean Lane and Henrico Drive for a typical weekday measured 12mph. The DMV crash history did not have any reported crashes in the last 9 years (1.1.16 – 12.31.24). The speed samples are in general compliance with the 25-mph speed for residential streets and speed tables are not planned at this time.
