Description
Turning into the entrance street of Crunch Fitness parking lot from Roseneath you have to pull in slow as the curb / ramp seems to be sinking and crumbling. It is also dangerous trying to pull out of this street onto Roseneath as your car will bottom out if you turn onto Roseneath too fast . This has been an issue for the past year.
