Report Litter on Public Property

Last Saturday was to be a neighborhood clean up day. Instead, they spent Sat & Sun doing alley maintenance. By the way, it looks very nice. There are tires to the left of garages, broken mirror behind trash cans & a mattrass to the right. Recycle cans are full of trash. Trash came Thur & recycle today (Sat, 4/5). Still the same. As this keeps happening, I now keep my recycle can behind my fence as people were using it as a trash can. 1st of alley,2nd after trash p/p, 3rd after recycle p/u Oops. 2ndpicis after alley maintenance. 3rd is after trash E recycle p/u. Every time I've reported & time I got Sam Patterson( Cynthia Newbille) involved, it's gotten taking care of. A week after it was taken care of, it was back to what you see. Not sure what the answer is - especially the recycle cans. 5/8/25 - "claw" truck came down the alley. Didn't pick up mattress, tires, etc. Still looks the same :( recycle cans still full of trash, so can't be used as intended. I keep my recycle can behind my fence! 5/17/25 - Yay, you picked up the mattress & racks beside it. Thank you. But, the tires are still there & the recycling cans are still full of trash so they can't be used as intended. This is an ongoing issue, so I now keep my can behind my fence. 5/29/25 Just wanted to show you what happens when a new tenant moves in. I can't put garbage in my can as ALL cans are full :( 7/7/25 Getting worse. Went outside the other night. Heard a noise. it was a racoon on my trash can. That must be why the trash bag on top of recycle can is ripped open. See attached. Am emailing Sam Patterson as reported in April & nothing has been done 7/18 the pic is of after trash & recycling pick up. Notice garbage by side of garage. It smells so bad as raccoon has riped open the trash bags & people walking there dogs from the apts toss their poop bags in recycle cans, not trash cans. I'm afraid it'll attract rats (if not already). I sent a email last week when I saw raccoon. He is Council woman Cynthia Newbill's liaison. Hopefully between the two of you, it'll get fixed. 7/28/25 - someone reported same issue 7/27/25 #PDR00025202. It is marked "complete" w/o being addressed. Trash still behind property @ 3606 E Broad, Recycle cans full of trash & now trash along side of garage. Picture sent 7/18. Don't know why this can't be fixed. Have now involved CVWMA & the Clean City Commission. 8/18/25 The CVWMA supercans were pick up over the week-end, yay! There is still trash on the ground by the garbage cans & side of garage. See attached. Went I went out to put my garbage in the can, I saw a rat. So, hopefully you're able to finish the job!!
