Description
Speeds up to 60mph on Forest Hill just east of the intersection with Semmes. Combined with the wrong-way drivers and heavy pedestrian traffic someone is going to get killed.

- Staff · April 7, 2025Eastbound Forest Hill Ave at Semmes Ave has a Reduced Speed Ahead sign followed by a 25mph sign according to Google Street view. The average speed on Forest Hill Ave between Dundee Ave and W. 34th St west connection measured 22mph. The speed samples are in general compliance with the 25-mph speed for residential streets. I forwarded your request to the DPW project manager of the Forest Hill/Semmes Street improvement project which is in progress.
